About Us

Dr. Geoffrey Strange, D.D.S.
Dr. Strange was raised in Washington State and graduated from the University of Washington Dental School. He has been practicing family dentistry in the Northwest for over 25 years.

Committed to providing a complete array of services from preventative care to oral surgery, Dr. Strange has satisfied patients of all ages. He prides himself on listening to his patients’ concerns and keeping abreast of the latest dental techniques to serve their needs. He was one of the first dentists on the Eastside to be involved with micro-abrasion dentistry, the technology that makes it possible to place fillings without anesthetic shots. Additionally, he has incorporated Cerec technology, digital radiographs, massaging dental chairs and many other amenities into his state-of-the-art practice.

When Dr. Strange is not practicing dentistry, he enjoys running, gardening, and building boats. Recently, he obtained his captain’s license. He is actively involved in his community as a member of the Bellevue Sunrise Rotary. Dr. Strange has also traveled internationally with a medical and dental outreach group to provide dental services to villagers in Nakuru, Kenya.

Dr. Strange is a member of the American Dental Association, Washington Dental Association, and the King County Dental Association.

Dr. Rosana Bishai,
Dr. Bishai grew up in Redmond, WA and received her undergraduate degree from the University of Washington. Knowing from an early age she wanted to pursue a career dentistry, Dr. Bishai attended the UW School of Dentistry. Having a special interest in medicine and treating medically compromised patients, Dr. Bishai gained extra training through a one year hospital-based General Practice Residency at the UW.

Dr. Bishai has participated in many local and international dental outreach programs, including a trip to Bolivia treating children in the Amanecer orphanage system.

In her spare time, Dr. Bishai enjoys reading, travelling, photography, yoga and tennis.

Our Staff
The skilled and friendly staff at Newcastle Dentistry includes four dental assistants, four hygienists and three front desk administrators. Our staff regularly attends professional development training to learn about the latest advances in dental care. We strive for long-term professional relationships with our patients in an environment of trust and confidence. We will do everything possible to make your dental visit a positive experience.

	Theresa Business Office Theresa has worked with Dr. Strange since 2007 and has been in dentistry since 1989. Theresa enjoys exploring and traveling around the northwest with her family, and she loves taking her dog, Jaxon, to different dog parks.		Amy Business Office Amy joined Newcastle Dentistry in 2007. She enjoys baking and decorating cakes, traveling, staying active, and spending time with family and friends. She and her husband love Washington Husky Football.
	Pam Business Office Pam has worked with Dr. Strange for 16 years. She and her husband enjoy cooking and traveling. Their son is currently attending Washington State University.		Chrystal Business office Chrystal joined our office in 2010. Her hobbies include reading, cooking with her daughter, and attending her son's basketball games. She also enjoys hosting dinner parties for her family and friends.
	Lisa Dental Assistant Lisa has worked with Dr. Strange for over 27 years. She is married and has two kids. Her hobbies include taking Zumba classes, tennis, camping, watching movies and vacationing with her family.		Angel Dental Assistant Angel has worked for Dr. Strange since 2002. She plays on a co-ed softball team with her husband, has a huge love for animals and enjoys vacations.
	Lisa Dental Hygienist Lisa has worked for Dr. Strange since 1991. Her hobbies include anything active outside such as hiking, biking, and running. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends, experimenting with new recipes and following the Seahawks		Kathy Dental Hygienist Kathy has worked for Dr. Strange for over 13 years. She enjoyes cooking, eating, skiing, traveling, and hiking
	Jill Dental Hygienist Jill has been in the dental field for 17 years and is thrilled to be a part of Newcastle Dentistry where she can help people achieve and maintain a beautiful and healthy smile. Understanding the impact of oral health on the entire body is something she strives to impart to all her patients. Jill grew up in Renton and lives in the Maple Valley area and with her husband and young son.		Tami Dental Hygienist Tami has worked with Dr. Strange for over 27 years. She collects Teddy Bears and Santas and she is an "over the top" collector of vintage costume jewelry. Tami is ver involved in the "startup" of a new church in Gig Harbor, and she loves working in the kids division
